1. Compliance statement
Fanderly is operated by Bonderly, trading as Fanderly (“Fanderly,” “we,” “us”). We comply with the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 to the extent they apply to content published on fanderly.com and related services (the “Service”).
All sexually explicit visual depictions available on the Service are produced, published, or re-published by Fanderly or by approved creators acting as content producers on the platform. Creators may not publish sexually explicit content until they have completed our age and identity verification process.
This statement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.
2. Creator age and identity verification (Didit)
Before a creator account may publish sexually explicit content, the individual operating that account must complete age and identity verification through Didit, our third-party verification provider.
Didit’s verification flow may include, depending on the case:
- Government-issued ID verification — review of an identity document and extraction of date of birth.
- Selfie liveness and face match — confirmation that the person submitting the ID is the person completing verification.
- Adaptive age verification — where applicable, age estimation with document-based fallback for borderline results.
We require verification participants to be at least 18 years of age. Didit returns a pass/fail decision and associated verification metadata to Fanderly. We do not approve creator applications for sexually explicit publishing until verification succeeds.
Verification data is processed by Didit according to its terms and privacy practices. Fanderly receives and retains the verification outcome, session references, and the record elements described in section 4, as needed for compliance and fraud prevention. 3. AI-generated visual depictions
Fanderly is an AI creator platform. Sexually explicit visual depictions on the Service are predominantly or entirely computer-generated and depict fictional AI characters — not real human performers engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct.
Each creator account is operated by a verified adult (see section 2) who owns and controls the AI character associated with that account. Characters are not presented as real minors, and content that depicts or sexualizes anyone under 18 — including AI-generated material — is prohibited under our Terms of Service.
Where § 2257 and its regulations apply to content on the Service, the verified creator operating the account is treated as the producer of the depictions published through that account, and Fanderly maintains platform-level records as described below.
4. Records we maintain
For each creator approved to publish sexually explicit content, Fanderly and/or Didit maintain records sufficient to demonstrate that the operator of the account was at least 18 years of age at the time of verification, including where applicable:
- Legal name (as shown on verified identity documents or verification output).
- Date of birth.
- Verification date and verification session or reference identifier.
- Copies of or secure references to identity documentation reviewed during verification, retained in accordance with applicable law and our data-retention practices.
- Account identifiers linking the verified individual to the creator profile on Fanderly.
We retain these records for the period required by applicable law and internal policy, and we do not permit a creator to publish sexually explicit content without a current, successful verification on file.
Fanderly also maintains internal logs of content publication (including timestamps and account identifiers) to associate depictions with the verified producer account.

6. Inspection of records
Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 may be inspected by authorized government officials during normal business hours at the custodian address listed above, or by appointment arranged through support@fanderly.com.
Please include your agency, the scope of the request, and preferred dates. We may require reasonable advance notice and appropriate credentials before granting access. Where originals are stored with Didit or another subprocessors, we will facilitate lawful inspection to the extent required and permitted.
7. Labeling and exemptions
Content producers on Fanderly are verified adults. Visual depictions on the Service that are entirely AI-generated and do not portray actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct may fall outside certain performer-specific requirements of § 2257; however, Fanderly nonetheless maintains creator verification and platform records as described on this page and enforces our content rules regardless of medium.
Users must be 18 or older to access the Service. Age-gating, account registration requirements, and our prohibition on access by minors are described in our Terms of Service.
