1. Overview
Fanderly is operated by Bonderly, trading as Fanderly (“Fanderly”, “we”, “us”). We take complaints about content on fanderly.com seriously. This page explains how anyone — including fans, creators, and members of the public — can report concerns and request removal of content.
This process supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement. For billing or refund questions, use the Help Center instead.
2. What you can report
You may use this process to report content or conduct on Fanderly that you believe:
- Is illegal (including child sexual abuse material, trafficking, or other criminal activity).
- Is non-consensual — for example content that depicts a real person without their permission, including unauthorized deepfakes or impersonation.
- Violates our Terms — including content sexualizing minors (including AI-generated), unauthorized deepfakes, non-consensual or sleeping scenarios, incest, watersports, snuff, bestiality, intoxicated/hypnosis sex, escorting, polygamy, illegal how-tos, hate speech, harassment, doxxing, copyright infringement, or scams.
- Violates payment or card-brand rules applicable to adult platforms.
Fanderly is an AI creator platform. Published visual content is predominantly computer-generated and depicts fictional AI characters operated by verified adult creators. If you believe a character unlawfully resembles a real person without consent, include that in your report with as much detail as possible.
3. How we handle complaints
When we receive a complaint through this page or support@fanderly.com (subject: “Content Complaint”), we will:
- Acknowledge receipt when we have a valid contact email.
- Review the report and any URLs, handles, or screenshots you provide.
- Investigate and aim to resolve the complaint within five (5) business days, unless law enforcement or complex verification requires more time.
- Respond with the action taken (for example removal, account restriction, or explanation if no violation was found).
Illegal content — including any material that appears to depict minors sexually, non-consensual intimate imagery of real persons, or other clearly unlawful content — is removed immediately upon confirmation. Where appropriate, we report serious illegal activity to relevant authorities and our payment partners.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or the law. Repeat or severe offenders may be permanently banned.
4. Content removal requests
If you believe you are depicted in content on Fanderly without your consent, you may request removal using the form below. Please include:
- Your name and contact email.
- The URL of the content, or the creator handle and a description of where to find it.
- Why you believe the content depicts you or violates your rights.
- Any evidence that supports your request (for example proof of identity, if we need to verify you are the person depicted).
If we cannot establish that appropriate consent was obtained, we will remove the content. If consent cannot be verified and you demonstrate that consent is void under applicable law, we will take the content down. Where we disagree that consent is void under applicable law, we will allow the dispute to be resolved by a neutral body at our expense, as required by card-brand rules.
5. Appeals
If your content was removed or your account was restricted because of a complaint, you may appeal by emailing support@fanderly.com with subject line “Complaint Appeal” within fourteen (14) days. Include:
- Your Fanderly account email and creator handle (if applicable).
- The complaint reference or date of removal, if known.
- Why you believe the action was incorrect.
- Any documentation showing ownership, consent, or compliance (for creators).
We will review appeals within five (5) business days when possible and notify you of the outcome.
6. In-app reporting
Logged-in users can also report a post from the feed using the Report option on that post. In-app reports are reviewed under the same standards as complaints submitted on this page.
Users may block accounts from profile or message menus. Blocking does not remove content from the platform; use this page or in-app reporting if you want us to review content for removal.
7. Submit a complaint
Use this form to report content or request removal. Fields marked with * are required.
Submitting opens your email app with a pre-filled message to support@fanderly.com. If that does not work, email us directly with the same details and subject line Content Complaint.
